I have two different PayPal accounts but the one account was asking me to confirm my identity so I sent what they asked of me and now it's telling me that I still have to solve a problem that's in my other account when I go into that account it's asking me to confirm both bank cards but when I go to click on it it's telling me that my bank is declining the transaction because they're trying to charge me to get the code the one card I can add a few dollars to to get it to go through but the other card is my disability card that only receives money on it once a month and I can't wait a whole another month to get this card confirmed because I have other money in my other PayPal account that I need to retrieve that I can't until the limitation is removed what do I do
