Help!!! I was recently charged $60 for an xbox live membership to an xbox I dont own anymore. I cancelled my subscription back in may because i was getting rid of it. I just dont use it anymore. After being charged the $60 i filed a case against the charge. I told @paypal that the charges were not mine. However, seeing that there was past xbox live subscription charges on my account, the case was closed and I was not refunded. Has anyone else run into this problem. Ive tried contacting microsoft but they do not refund digital subscription items. Please help.
