I sent a rent payment as I usually do. PayPal took my money and it's fee, but they haven't sent my payment. It's pending because they have limited my account.
I am disabled. I can't get the documents they want. We are having a pandemic. I am high risk. I haven't dared go out in months.
I just want them to either send the rent money or give it back before I incur late payment penalties.
After that, I will gladly close the account down for good. I would be too nervous to use it again anyway.
