I have not touched my account for over a year and yet it is limited. I have a sum of money in my account and would love to close it and get my money put into my linked account but have been unable too for over a year now. No transaction issues and no payments have been made or received in years. The only issue I can think of is that the email I used, I no longer have access too and it won't allow me to change or add to primary email address. I have tried to call 100's of times and no answer, only a robot saying goodbye. Live chat is unavailable - always. I just want to close my account and be sent my money. Can someone help me?
