Help!! Limited Account Access due to Business Name Verification

We've been notified that  account access has been limited because of the name of business account doesn't match our verification documents. The name on our PayPal account is LOPE -- which simply represents the initials of our full business name of LoneStar Outreach to Place Ex-Racers  - as in in LOPE for  just the initials.  We have used this initials for many years as simply an acronym for our business. We have provided verification of our full business name LoneStar Outreach to Place Ex-Racers -- but PayPal has still limited our account access (because to them LOPE doesn't match the name LoneStar Outreach to Place Ex-Racers). We can't reach anyone at PayPal to discuss this -- and we aren't able to change the name on our account . Can someone please help us resolve this ?  We are very upset about this situation! Our charity has been in operation since 2003 and we rely on PayPal for many of our business transactions.
