Late yesterday someone hacked into my account added a Visa card then transferred my balance to their card, removed their card and changed my account to French. I have tried all day to resolve this issue with no help.
How did you end up getting this resolved? I woke up to the exact same thing. Was able to chat with paypal support and my bank which put a freeze on paypal transactions.
