Help. Dispute Center. Invalid Address from Seller

I'm in a dispute with a seller and they want me to send the item back. However, the submitted an invilid address.  At this phase in the dispute I am not able to add another comment in the thread.  Also, I can't get a person on the phone at Paypal and a representative never joins my char request.

Any idea what I can do?  This is getting ridiculous.

I spoke to a support person, and despite the address simply saying:

Private

Suburb

Postcode

They said that is a valid address. I know it's not, and even doing a simple google map search shows that it is not a valid address.

Their suggestion was to take the item to a courier and get a letter from the courier saying that it is an invalid address. Which seems ridiculous
