Hi all,
First time eBay seller, and first time poster on the community here.
I sold an item 8 weeks ago; the buyer came to collect the item from my home address, but after 6 weeks they raised a dispute on eBay and PayPal to say they have not receive the item. After reading so many of the thread on the community, I am worried that I will not win my case, despite the buyer trying to commit fraud for this transaction.
I have replied to the dispute, providing a chronological view of communications between myself and the seller, giving my phone number and address with an agreed pick-up time. The buyer states that I claimed I would send the item via special delivery, which I did not, and my chat records support this.
I'd appreciate any further advice from you more experienced users please.
Thanks in advance
