I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and if yes, how to get it resolved.
My business account has been 'limited' because they want to verify it. I have been trying for sometime to get the limitation removed. All documents and info have been uploaded and accepted except for the 'Beneficial owner information'. I not sure what that even means. I don't have beneficial owners. I have a partner - it's a partnership. I have tried inputting my name and details and have also done so for my partner. The info gets rejected.

I just can't get pass this 'Beneficial owner' info that's required and have no way to be in touch with any rep at PayPal. I have just been going around in loops and circles trying to find help. So I am turning to the community.
Can anyone here shed any light on this issue?
