Hello. Please help me. I 'm beginer English. I lived usa. I bought used bag by ebay May 30. I recived bag that it's a little strange. So i bring it to store for spa service. But it's not accept for authorities. It's a fake. I asked refund to buyer. She doesn't believe that it's fake. So i'm hard to refund to ebay and paypal. Because i don't know how. And i'm beginer. So finally All case closed and i can't refund yet. At least i connect my card company so they disputed to paypal. But first time they doesn't refund. So now i used authorization service and i got certification. So yesterday my card company try again with certification. But they told me it's last time. How can i get refund if they don't refund. It's really fake. I'm so worry.it's big buck for me. Please help me. How can i figure it out quickly? Thank you to read.
