Why am I still being charged from paypal for 2 dollars, I recently only made two purchases. One for a 5.98 gift card which I received and one for a membership with Microsoft on my xbox for a 2 dollar subscription for 2 months that's it and my paypal is mine $10 and my bank account is minus 80 please please help me idk what to do , and also I can't take my a bank card off of my paypal
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
