Please I need help, I just got a mail from PayPal that I can't use there service anymore, I provided all necessary information they requested for (picture of a debit card, picture of my National ID). Please what do I need to do to lift this limitation? I also try to unlink my card, it won't let me , I try to close the account, it won't let me close it. I'm frustrated someone please help me out.
