I found out that yesterday i sent some money to someone proximately 100+ myr and i have 140myr left then i fount out that at 11pm kinguin took my money and i noticed i have 0 in my balance i really need help and im very curious because i dont use kinguin
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
In not then click on the transaction and use the report link bottom of that details page to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.
