Held funds for 180 days, 3 times in a row!

This is the third time in a row that PayPal has refused to give me my account back, there's only $100 usd in there which was from selling my very old Warframe account. It's been over a years and Qrt, still nothing has been said or done. I've sent legitimately hundreds of message's and Email's to PayPal and I always get nothing in return. That account was made years before even a single transaction was sent into it but the second it was you lock up my account. If I have done anything wrong, telling me is required by law for you to continuing holding my money after one year. I don't know what else to do, especially with this pandemic going on, that extra $100 is the difference you know.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
