i just received from PayPal email that PayPal back him up that he said i wasn't refund back his money?? but how can I send the proof in the PayPal apps?? he's joining EOtrade trading as his own freewill, and as i told to PayPal in the previous email that he want to convert naira and get USD from me. Due to EOtrade internal error server, i could not access in to screenshot the transaction.. BUT I ONLY CAN SEND OTHER SCREENSHOT AS A PROOF.. another one, if he really a victim of not getting back his money, why he still wanna add me to join his investment plan in his WhatsApp group???? motive?!!
