Having Support conversations closed with no answer?

Hi all!

 

I've been dealing with account issues and noticed and have not had any help from support. Ive supplied documents, receipts and was promised a 24-72 hour turn around time. My attempts to reach out have failed as any message sent via CHAT has been closed.

 

Understanding COVID-19 has made limited staffing, I find it frustrating that my messages have been read and closed it seems.

 

Is this common?
