Hi, so I ordered something from a website I didn’t recognize and I used PayPal to pay to be on safe side. And I haven’t heard anything from them on if it’s shipped yet or not and it’s been over a week and I tried emailing them with no response. So I filed a dispute. They responded saying they were preparing the order and asked if I could cancel the dispute because of that, but I still feel a little concerned since I don’t recognize the seller and I have never used them before. And since I can’t file another dispute on the same transaction if I close it I am kind of thinking I should leave it open till it ships at least. But I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on what to do. Thank you!
