Have I been scammed?

I bought an item 10 days ago through PayPal - or at least I thought it was PayPal and received the attached receipt. I must confess that I think I got an extremely good deal. The problem is that I've heard nothing about my order nor does the order show up in my account. I just emailed the "person" asking about my order.

Does anyone know of a scam where PayPal is accepted, but it's not really Paypal?
