I have bin trying to prove my identity and company share hold info so that my account will go back to normal. I have provided passport drivelers licences t4 bills birth certificate and videos of my holding all the documents and i keep getting the generic email saying they cant prove my identity and the shareholder of the company. I take it that it is a computer software not a human. I have bin trying for over 2 months. to get a answer and i keep getting the same generic email that does not explain anything.
