I had problems with my PC and unfortunately found Just Answer online. I paid them one Euro so that they would connect me to a technician, however, he wanted nearly 40 euro to access my computer and fix the problem. This is when I logged out. Later in the day I checked on Paypal and they had set up a regular payment to themselves every month, taking out €45! I have cancelled this transaction. Beware!
