Has PayPal actually helped anyone in a dispute with NC TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED???

I placed an order with this company and paid extra for express shipping, I placed my order on 26 July 2018 and I was supposed to receive my order in 3 days, here it is the 13 August 2018 and I haven't received any orders, tried to track my package from the link they sent me and the website is no longer available.  I reached out to the seller and there was no response to me, I opened a claim with PayPal and they sided with the seller telling me to contact the seller even though I told them that I could provide emails of me reaching out to them.....I truly hope someone can repair my faith in PayPal because this is absolutely ridiculous with them continuously letting this seller get away with this type of crap!!!!!!

I have exact same issue going on with PayPal. They aren’t the same company they used to be. I wonder how disputes before they end ties with that company?

hello, have open a dispute as item received was not as described.
ordered a round multi function smart watch but got a square basic one
finally the case did come to an end in my favor.
but still no refund. what's the use to open a dispute which is in your favor without getting you money back.
now what should i do to get my money back,
even PayPal has stop responding to my mails

  I'm confused: I thought my refund claim was going to be resolved/closed today? The Resolution Timeline states that the seller has 10 days to respond to my dispute claim or Paypal will find in favor of the buyer.  Well, times up and the seller never responded!  Why hasn't Paypal contacted me to tell me that the seller never responded to them in the time allowed? 

 

 I honestly expected to see a full refund this morning pending in my account, so I was very disappointed to find no refund deposit pending, and no messages from PayPal regarding the status of my claim either! My claim status still says "We’re waiting for the seller's response?"  Yesterday it had also said the seller had until 7/29/18, but today 7/30/18, it just says they're still waiting for the seller's response and "We'll get back to you soon?" It seemed like an open and shut case to me. The seller didn't respond in the time allowed (10 days), case closed, right? Wrong! I guess not. It would've been really nice to get a message from PayPal this morning, explaining the next step to me, at least.  I looked for more details about what happens after the seller doesn't respond, but all I could find was this timeline that uses the words "usually" and "may vary depending on claim circumstances" alot. It only says that after 10 days a Paypal claims specialist will make a ruling within 5 days, "Usually" lol.  Great, more waiting. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I was thinking about calling PayPal tomorrow if I have time, or should I wait 5 more days? 

P.S. 

I just found out that PayPal is aware of the seller who ripped me off because they have done this before, hundreds of times apparently!  I discovered this while perusing this community for advice about my case.

**UPDATE**

OK, I Literally just got the refund! I swear, I checked my balance right before I posted this, so it must have just come in! Thank you, Paypal!  A message beforehand would've been helpful though, just sayin. Then I wouldn't have needed to complain about this or ask what happens next!

 

Seriously PayPal, you need to do something about this seller or should I say, sellers, because it is definitely more than one seller involved in this. They are still selling their lies all over Instagram, but they go by several different store names. This is how they keep getting away with blatantly lying about their products and stealing other legitimate stores bio and product descriptions and then temporarily posting ads on Instagram!  I couldn't believe it when I saw them there today, so I took a screenshot of it on my phone! This seller was using the same exact phony ad with the stolen pictures and videos that I fell for, telling the same lies, word for word like before, but with a different store name. I was soo tempted to expose them right then and there, but I didn't want to say anything until after I received my refund! Now that I have, I can try to warn other people not to buy from them, and I can post my review pictures all over the ads!  They probably use hundreds, if not thousands of different aliases, but I know a few of them.  Need to start somewhere, right?

You haveto call paypal directly and note the name of company. They were formerly ZG TECHNOLOGY and there are about 19 pages of complaints about this company. And the reason there aren’t more complaints is because the moderator shut it down due to the fact they are “looking into it” on July 26, 2018. I ordered an item from NC technology but my charge on my Credit Card says ZG technology. They wanted me to send the item back to China at the price of $30 in order to receive $65 back. The item I received was NOTHING like the picture in the Instagram ad. I ordered a roomba-like cleaning robot that should have been sleek and chrome in color with a water tank. This is white with ugly blue letters across that said “clean robot.” It was about five inches smaller than the item in the description and did not have a water tank. I called paypal and they were very nice. They refunded my money and told me to throw the item away if I don’t need it. Do yourself a favor and call paypal immediately. They were very helpful. This company is a scam and stral money and the more people that CALL and report this company, the more likely paypal will listen and refuse their business.

I purchased an "W1-Smart watch" seen through a Facebock advertisement.

Seller was NC TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED genticaly at emailcxs.com I suspect that some thing was no right and I founded the similar seller was a SCAM seller.

This time the item  was send to Colombia (I live in Spain !! and postal address was from Spain)

 

All the messages send to Paypal haven as response that I couldn't open another dispute nor reclamation.  

   

What should I do to recover my money?
