How do I add additional important information to an existing dispute if PayPal has not asked for it. The shipper gave a tracking number that was delivered but not to me or my address. All I had to do was call the PO and they confirmed that info.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
