I purchased a Set of bookends and only received one, put in a dispute claim and it was closed because the vendor showed that the item was delivered. I guess it doesn't matter if the entire order or correct order was delivered, as long as Something was. Someone has to be able to be held responsible for shoddy businesses being able to continue to do business in this way.
