Hi I was hacked (no other option) today and they spent 221 dollars from my PayPal account and 221 from my attached master card. I opened a dispute on both transactions with PayPal and they denied me the despite. I cannot find the cancel transactions button or request a refund button even though all this happened less than 12 hours ago? Any help would be great.
