Only got paypal a month ago and within 3 weeks someone had managed to log onto my account and purchase airpods without my consent. I immediately reported this to paypal and they straight away deemed it authorised? I disputed this but they declined once again. I dont know how they have come up with this conclusion and theres not even a phone number to call or an email, just some virtual assistant or non-replyable dispute service. I don’t know what to do as it’s literally an unauthorised purchase sent to a faraway location and surely my account was accessed via a different IP so Im not sure why paypal cant check this. They also paid for an Uber ride and my area doesnt even have Uber lol.
