Hi - my account was hacked and updated to a business account! The person added her name, personal address, and apparently a SS number and tax ID... I changed my password and updated security features - tried to report this to Paypal but all of the "problems" you can click on to dispute do not apply. I did try to submit a dispute and then simply explained the situation and it was dismissed. I don't know what to do. I even tried closing the account and it won't allow me to. This is so frustrating - I do not want a business account and my name is certainly not LATASHA PEAVY from Hattiesburg, MS! What can I do about this?
