Hacked paypal account, money stolen from bankaccount

Hello, I create this account for seeking for help. After years of inactivity of my Paypal account, recently it was stolen. The hacker added other card, phone number, changed password several times, removed my phone number and my email address. I had no time to do something. So my paypal account was "closed" and I could no longer access it. And yesterday withdraw money from my bankaccount. Since the account was closed, I have no way of filling a report of fraud. Tomorrow I will close my bankaccount. He is able to add other cards of mine after hacked my computer? If anyone knows how I can resolve this issue and get my money back, help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. Normally, if you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. Since it sounds like your account has been closed, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
