Hi someone has hacked my PayPal account, my PayPal is connected to my bank and I just got my PayPal account back and someone has been sending money to someone else from my PayPal account and the money that they have been sending comes from my bank. I NEEED MAJOR HELP on how to receive all that money back that they have been sending to the person. So basically I’m saying someone through my PayPal account has been making unauthorized payments to someone else and I need a refund on the money that they have been sending to that person. PLEASE HELP. Thank you in advance
