Hacked acct, scam emails, language changed, fraud charges

I received an email in Spanish saying my phone # was changed and so I checked my account which was changed to Spanish & a $1000 transfer was initiated from my checking account to my PayPal account. Changed all my info, passwords and security information and deleted their phone number and got my account back to English. Sent messaged to PayPal saying my account was hacked and the resolution center and disputes isn’t working because they say it’s money I received. Called my bank and put a stop payment on the $1000 from PayPal and hopefully that will stop it. Closing my account ASAP.
