Hacked Paypal Account

My paypal account got hacked!

All my details were changed. An email address was added and the mobile number and security questions were also changed!

The hacker also activated the two step verification, and I can no longer recover the account.

I have been relentlessly emailing and messaging Paypal thru all their digital platforms, but it still hasn't been resolved, and they still haven't blocked the account and the hacker is still using it freely.

This incident happened  last August 26, 2020 and the hacker has been actively using it again today.

PLEASE HELP ME. I have messaged their  Facebook, Twitter, Emailed them, created a new account to message them, 

still no resolution! I can't get thru their contact number, since it is an overseas call.

PLEASE HELP ME.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
