To address your concern, if you really feel that someone was able to get into your account without your knowledge i may suggest for your own safety please have a password change as soon as possible. Now, next step is to file a dispute here in PayPal There is an unknown charge on my PayPal account, what should I do? if in case you are still not able to dispute it via that link then reach out to our customer service representative. All you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.
