Hello,
I just notice a lot of my accounts have been hacks and charge were made including paypal and newegg, I concect paypal and they fixed 4 of the ten charges that was not newegg and refunded them amount, But the 6 charges from newegg they still have not refunded and was told this is still under review, I was told by newegg that paypal will refund this money back to my back account but still 9 days later nothing for the newegg charges.
These charges were not authorized by me and by paypal policy why am I not getting my refund.
Just for the record I been with paypal for well over 15years
Please help anyone!!!
