HOw to track an order

Hi.. I made an international purchase of a watch, advertisement I saw on Facebook... thought it was a good buy, so went ahead and used paypal to pay... however I have no confirmation about the purchase, who I purchased it from, will I still receive it... been a month now...
I need to be able to find out who I bought it from and track it...
However if i go into my paypal account, I dont see the transaction there...

How can I find out if i will still receive the item or not?

Social media / bargains / probably from China normally means you will receive 'tat'.

So in a way i hope you don't get it then you can file for non receipt of item and get your money back.
