I cannot seem to call customers service so can someone help me on how to make a claim. I purchased something from China (NEVER AGAIN) I bought 4 remote control cars for my son for Christmas. I paid December 5th of 2019 I received only 2 out of the 4 cars and it has been almost 5 months.

I must say that you have been very patient for your order be fulfilled completely and it is my heavy heart knowing that it hasn't been.
If you have a PayPal account and that the transaction shows in your Activity page, then you have 180 days to file a dispute/claim. To be guided accordingly, please see links below.
