HOW TO ESCALATE

I have a claim it is going ON and ON and ON and I want it resolved.  How can I reach a live person to escalate to and get a resolution.  The message center is horrible with no consistent person answering my questions.  Is there a phone number?

Message center seems to be the only way to communicate with PP at the moment. Not having a consistent person may work in your favor since if one rep doesn't want to help another may. I went thru 4-5 agents before one finally helped me get a refund. Just have to be persistent.
