I ordered from a company that has evidently gone out of business or was a scam. Paid with PP. How do I file a resolution? I'm asking WHERE on the PP site is there a resolution center where I can fill out forms about the dispute. I've been all over the PP site and can't find a way to file something with them. this is the website that still appears online as of 4/3/18 but click on it and it shows various lists but at the top, says this website does not exit. got error message this message would not post because of invalid website - YES - thats the source of the problem.
