I am just wondering where I would stand with HMV going into liquidation, I have brought and paid for a CD that is not due for release until March 2019, I paid with paypal but now HMV are going into liquidation will paypal be able to dispute this or have I lost the money as there will be no one to dispute with? also I wont know if my order will be honoured or not until it is probably too late to do anything.
Locate the payment transaction and click it, then click "report a problem" to dispute item not received and get a refund now or if you paid with card, call the card issuer to dispute.
