I found out the hard way. I made the misfortune of ordering something. after sending an email to <removed> Lori <removed>, i was asking for a shipping number that works, because the one they sent when tracked said it did not exsist.
I asked for a working number. all i get was BS about need the original orer number, so after a few emails I found the receipt and sent it to them. another day goes by and nothing, so i sent another email asking for a working tracking number, i get a reply asking for my original orsder number, this went on for about 20 times, each time i sent an email asking . all i ever got was one asking for an original email. all they had to do was scroll down cause it was in the message history,.
Finally they sent an email with a tracking number, that said it was on its way to the destination country. but their was a couple lines of text that were not in english.
when i got them translated, it said that the parcel was delivered on July 31st. to a place in ISREAL... omg i live in canada... I am **bleep**, i send an email saying that it is a wrong number because it was delivered to someone in ISREAL and not canada, all i get from her is to contact my post office,.
the order date was in May.. her it is Septemeber... sand nothing
I did a whois lookup and find their site is registered with tucows.
I am filing a complaint with them , and Paypal (but looks like PP will be useless)
