I was scammed!! $69.99. The website is shut down the email is closed and PayPal refuses to refund my money. Please help. I’ve tried the resolution cell yet and get no direct answer. I’m being given the run around by PayPal. I’m very unhappy right now. Someone help me please.

Can't advise as you haven't even said which dispute you opened / if you escalated / what happened etc.
