Hello, I recently naively sent payments to an account that is supposed to be for crypto cloud mining and got scammed bad. I was promised a return on my investment but I never received anything. And the person I was in contact with deactivated their Facebook profile or blocked me. But I have tried emailing and even requesting a refund on my payments but am being ignored. The account on paypal is listed as Blockchain Company but I dont believe it is a legitimate account or company even. Will I be able to dispute and claim refund on my payments??
