i have 2 paypal accounts and i cant get my money in both accounts. i made the second one because i cant withdraw my money on my first accnt. same thing happened to the second account. my account is limited but i provided all the requirements but still they keep rejecting. i need the money to ship the buyers items because the buyer shoulders the shipping fee
