I never use my paypal but I sold something online and she only had PayPal so I thought easy enough, lots of ppl use it. WRONG!!! I got the email that said she sent funds but I can't recurve them until SHE pays $200 to upgrade my account. WHAT?! I've tried reaching someone on the phone and can't get anybody. I tried the text option and the pertain was terrible and just quit responding and said she needs to pay $200 and neither of us can't cancel the transaction. This whole thing seems so wrong but there's not anyone that can help. What do I do?!?
