I’ve resolved all the issues with my account. Verified what needed to be verified. Changed my password. I’ve done everything asked of me... and still no luck. Funds stuck in PayPal. I had fraud on a couple cards but can’t remove them from my profile with limited access. Someone, anyone, please help! Thank you so much in advance.
