HELP!!

Hey guys, I need help!

Bascially I have woken up to an email from paypal with a transaction of £159.41 from a company One Call Insurance. This was clearly not me. Ive rang my bank and they have cancelled my card but they have said I need to get hold of PayPal first before they can continue to cancel the transaction and give me my money back. But trying to get hold of them is proving impossible!! Ive tried to go through the process that they tell you online, through the resolution centre but when I continue its says something has gone wrong, please try again. Tried emailing and says the same. I've rang and its all automated message and it tells the exact same thing as online. I really dont know what to do. Please help me!!
