HELP

hi My account was locked and I was asked for proof of ID, I have sent all this and it was excepted. But my account is still locked. I just want to withdraw my money. I can't understand why they won't unlock it when they have all the evidence of my ID and bank accounts are verified. They do not respond to email or answer the phone, I'm a bit lost of what to do because they are holding a lot of money that I need at this challenging time. Iv sent loads of emails and messages with no response.

Thats part of the problem, everyone is sending 'loads of emails and messages' so multiply the amount you sent by everyone else that is sending multiple messages and its no wonder they are inundated and not replying.

They could have 6 agents tied up with x1 persons ''messages'' thus delaying it for everyone else over and over and over.
