HELP!

My account access has been restricted for unusual activity (according to PayPal).  I have repeatedly answered the security questions and changed my password yet the account still remains restricted (meaning I can't use for purchases of any kind). I also verified a credit card number and uploaded a copy of my drivers license but it doesn't lift the restriction.  Does anyone know what is happening?  Thanks

Hope all is well safe.  I'm so sorry to hear that you account is limited inspite of those things that you have done.  If your account is still limited, it means that we're still reviewing your information. Once our review is complete, we'll notify you. Please note that our specialists are unable to lift your limitation over the phone or via chat/messaging.  You may try this link How do I remove a limitation from my account? if in case your account still limited then we just have to wait until our phone line becomes available.
