Someone has accessed my email account and password which is the same as my PayPal email and password and have sent several large transactions out of my account which have all been sent to pending except for 2 smaller ones. What will happen if I still don’t have the funds for these payments after 5-10 days, will the cheque be cancelled? I tried to cancel it but they have sent it as friends and family.

The payments may either fail (not after your bank charges NSF/overdraft fees) or charged to your linked credit card as back up to the bank payments. Once a Bank payment initiated, it can't be stopped and have to go their conclusion. But you should contact your bank to report those transactions as unauthorized.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
