HELP reaching customer service

So I have a major issue re: multiple fraudulent charges, tried to call (“extended wait times”), then Message Center (“not available at this time”) & Resolution Center, which asks for info per each transaction...I have a LOT!!!! HOW DO I GET SOME HELP, HERE??? I guess I’ll need to just bite the bullet & wait on the phone...Thanks for listening! At least someone out there is, lol!
