HELP WITH UNFAIR RESOLUTION

I PURCHASED SOME GLASS COOKWARE AND BECAUSE I AM AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER I SENT IT TO MY SKYBOX. MY SKYBOX INFORMED ME THE COOKWARE WAS BROKEN AND TOLD ME I HAD 7 DAYS TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH IT. I OPENED A DISPUTE AND THE SELLER DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND SO I ESCALATED IT AND NOW PAYPAL WANTS ME TO PAY TO SEND THE BROKEN GLASS BACK. I TRIED TO BUY A RETURN BUT USPS DOES NOT TAKE PAYMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY THREW AWAY THE BROKEN GLASS.

I AM NOW OUT $200. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.
