is it possible for me to add info to a dispute after paypal begin reviewing it? the seller has blocked me and relisted the item so id like to add the screenshots to help my case.

Once escalated to a claim you can only add further info if paypal request it.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
